What you will do
- Design and ship retrieval-grounded LLM systems
- Build evaluation harnesses that run on every change
- Own inference cost and latency budgets
- Pair with client engineers and raise their bar
What we look for
- 5+ years building production software, 2+ with ML or LLM systems
- Strong Python; comfortable in TypeScript
- Experience with vector stores, RAG architectures and evaluation
- Able to explain probabilistic behaviour to non-technical stakeholders
