GrowYourB is an AI engineering and design studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect
We collect only what you send us. That means the name, email address and message you submit through the contact form; the email address you provide if you subscribe to our newsletter; and the details and documents you supply when applying for a role.
We also record anonymous page-view counts. Visitor identifiers are hashed with a daily salt and cannot be reversed to an IP address or a person.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to send you the newsletter you asked for, to assess your job application, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are retained for 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Job applications are retained for 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner. Analytics records are aggregated and retained for 26 months.
Cookies
We set one essential cookie to maintain your session and protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not set advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@growyourb.com. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access to production data is restricted to the smallest set of people who need it.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects you directly, tell you by email.
